They are probably using the ipad mini 2's from last years promo as this is no deal at all. All inclusive account? Who does that nowadays?

I got this one last year, worst deal compared to other banks. Plus, ipads seem to have more hardware problems. Mine has ghost touches and so on, need to go and get it repaired. I am guessing they will tell me it's my fault. Stay away.

I took advantage of this deal last year and I am quite happy with the results. I actually use the bank account now too because the service they provided was so high. I will be keeping the account even after the 12 month commitment is over.

The iPad has been wonderful as well. My son plays with it all the time and has had no issue with it at all. It has been dropped, dumped, bumped and it still going strong.

+1 for this Bank and the iPad

Ahh, I see. Meh, a lot of work to save a bit of coin unless you are looking for a bank plan. Otherwise, if you need a bank plan anyways, you do save ~$100.

I got this deal in the spring when I signed up for the Signatrure no limit plan for 14.95 a month. But the customer rep I dealt with said she would waive 6 months fee.
She actually did waive the fee and I did receive my iPad.
So in total I'll be paying ~135$ for the iPad Mini 2 (yes some of you will still say it's not worth it at that price, but for me, I'm more than happy with it)
Plus, I would have had to pay for e-transfers at my other bank, so this saved me a few of those fees as well.

I'm happy with the promo from last year too, even though on paper it sounds awfully "cold". I got my iPad mini 2 and a decent account out of it. The fee sort of pays for itself with the amount of e-transfers I do in a month, and RBC's service isn't bad.

Wow!! Did anyone else got the fee waived as well? This seems interesting then!

Is the price for iPad mini 2 16GB now under 300$?
+ Signature No Limit monthly fee $10.95?
I'd save my time.

Only two options are available, no fee waiving, I asked the rep said talk to you branch when you go there for activation.

RBC Signature No Limit Banking®
Monthly Fee: $14.95

RBC VIP Banking®
Monthly Fee: $30.00

It seems you get some credut rebate if you activate or get more thibgs with rbc which brings down your monthly service fee. But since other banks offer waivecaccoubts, RBC's deal and accounts do seem like a poor choice.

With the accounts I mentioned above you have to have all three of the below if you want reduced fee

1/ Credit Card
2/ Mortgage
3/ Investments

I can have the 1 and 3 but I can't buy a house and put myself into a mortgage just for ipad mini 2.
