Just as a heads up, seems as tho the airline gcs give the most for your points. Just on some quick calculations with a couple of the other companies i got

Amazon: 2100 points for $20 = 105 points / $1
Nintendo: 2100 points for $20 = 105 points / $1
Walmart: 2625 points for $25 = 105 points / $1
Westjet: 31,500 points for $350 = 90 points / $1 *1
Air Canada: 90,000 points for $100 = 90 points / $1 *2

Also the point to $ ratio stays the same with larger gift cards.

Note 1: "...single gift card can be redeemed per reservation along with a credit card if required to cover the full amount."
Note 2: "IMPORTANT: A maximum of two (2) forms of payment are permitted on a single booking.... Customers can use up to two (2) Gift Cards on a single booking provided that the total cost of the ticket purchase is covered fully by the two (2) Gift Cards."

edit: Hotels.com has the same ratio as the airlines. Also no expiry date for the airline giftcards and hotels.com will "....will never expire, but after 3 years, we will deactivate it and transfer the balance to a new card."

Sort of a let down. Not as good as usually. These sales used to be 100 pts = $1

Weird, I just ordered it earlier today and checked again and it's still there.

Exactly 1 year ago, their "sale" was 30% off: $100 hotels.com cards needed only 7000 points, and were one of the best gift card values, to get from your points - fast forward to now, and they are only "10% off", needing 9000 points. As a rewards program, this is getting pretty awful, esp. when you calculate the percentage you receive, which is 1.1% when you need to spend $9000, or, 0.95% for a $100 10500 point card. One of the better cards out there is Rogers World Elite MC paying 1.75% minimum, and has no annual fee.

how quickly can I get them if I were to order the following GCs: Shoppers, Amazon, Best Buy or Walmart. Is it digital or do they mail you in?

I thought the 30% sale was on Cyber monday last year? Maybe best to wait until boxing day if not so
