RBC Westjet Point Redemption

How do I redeem the west jet points I earn with my RBC Westjet Elite MasterCard? Can these point only be redeemed towards a new booking or can I use it against an existing booking (trip booked using the card). Do I just call them and they can apply the credit to my account? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if it can be applied to an existing booking, but if it could be done you'd probably have to call for that.

Indexer, non-yield chasing, low cost, broad based, as simple as possible investor.
