[Loblaws] RCSS/Loblaws: Quaker instant oatmeal (10) pack $2.00

Quaker Oatmeal 3 flavour Variety Pack(4 maple & brown sugar, 4 apples & cinnamon, 2 cinnamon & spice) 10-pack 380g $2 at RCSS, I'm assuming it's the same price at Loblaws...

(I don't usually eat this stuff, but found this box to be super cheap -- they had an entire end aisle packed with this, along with other flavours (non-variety), such as Peaches 'n Cream, Maple & Brown Sugar, etc.)

These go on sale for this price once a while. Wishe the sales were more often.

A sale in RCSS doesn't mean it's also on sale in Loblaws.

Confirmed at Loblaws. The usual "sale price" for these is 2/$5, so this is a stockup price!

The no-name variety goes on sale fairly regularly for $2, but I don't know if I've seen the Quaker stuff on sale for that price anytime recently.

I actually prefer the no-name stuff to the Quaker stuff as far as oatmeal goes though.

Just saw this deal in-store at an Atlantic Superstore in NS.
Hmm ... I've saved TONS of money yet I'm still broke. Oh yeah - I've got LOTS of toys to show for my savings. <--- Typical RFD way of thinking :D

The deal for oatmeal, is when you buy the rolled oats - I think a huge bag is about $3 here, and it will last our family, every morning for about a month. Takes 5 to 7 mins to cook and is pennies per serving.

Did anyone notice if they had any of the flavor with Raisins in it? I think it is called "Raisins and Spice"?

I dont buy Quaker Oatmeal often, but when I do, that is the flavor I buy. Last time I looked for it, that flavor was nowhere to be found. They only had the variety packs and boxes made up entirely of those flavours.
