Re using Orange Sim Card

So I bought Orange Sim card in Barcelona (20 Euro for 10GB) at the airport and it worked great for the week I used it.

I am planning to go to Italy in Fall/Winter.

Is there a easy way to reuse the Orange sim card?
Or is it just simpler to buy another sim card once I arrive at the airport in Italy?

when did you buy it?
more than 6-9 months ago?
for EE in the UK(which took over Orange) its usually 6 months validity.

I bought it early May.
If I make the trip on September/October it would be with in 6 months.
