Did you check your point history section to see what offer was used to trigger the 20k bonus? May bé you have some othe personal offer to get that?

Chanced it with 10K point redemption. Offer used and says I got the deal but no bonus points showed up in my history.

That's too bad... I didn't have enough points and merging with wife's didn't work... Sigh...

Oh well hopefully this offer comes back sometime... As I didn't use it
