I Bought an old Cast Aluminum Broil king XL for $50 used (often you can find them for free at the curb), went to Home hardware or a broil king dealer and ordered all the rusted out parts, burners, flavourizer bars for $70 and now I have a top notch grill with cast iron grates.

I used oven cleaner and a hose to get the gunk off

Broil king still provides parts for models older than 20 years

Can be converted to nat gas?
