Costco regular price huggies (size 3 for instance) is 22.4 cents each ($47/210 diapers)
Costco on sale is 17.9 cents ($35/210)

Rcss on sale now is 16.7 cents ($28/168) which is already cheaper than Costco sale price, on top of that there was the 20k in points for spending $100 and extra 20% back for PC insiders, they also had the 5k for spend $20 last couple weekends and also $10 off manufacturer coupon for buying 2 packs of huggies

I don’t have PC insiders anymore but my cost for buying 4 size 3 boxes (168 count) was:
($28*4=$112) minus (2*$10 manufacturers coupons), minus (20k + 5k pts back through above promos) = $67

$67/(168*4)= 0.10 cents per diaper

Notes:
1 Costco huggies are slightly different (some claim better - personally no difference in my experience) than all other huggies sold elsewhere
2 Costco you are not forced to buy more than one pack to get additional discounts (but pay for membership)
3 rcss $10 for 2 packages coupon is very YMMV (partially due to some **** stealing the whole booklet)
4 all values above are pre tax
i was looking at size 1/2, in which case costco was cheaper.

costco size 1: 192 for $28.49, so 14.8 cents per diaper.
size 2: 174 for $28.49, so 16.4 cents per diaper.

amazon size 1: 198 for $29.82 after 20% subscribe and save, so 15.1 cents per diaper.
size 2: 180 for $29.82, 16.6 cents per diaper.

Ok we’ll have to compare apples to apples

Rcss size 2 huggies $28/180 = 15.6 cents
Rcss size 1 huggies didn’t get the count but it’s more than 180 so still cheaper at superstore before any coupons/ promos/ etc

Yes and if you have PC Insiders as well, it's another 20000 points and with PC mastercard (world elite) another 3000 points or so. In total, you can get back $68 worth in points.

I think the 5000 pt offer is ended on Sunday, not sure if there is another one this weekend
but you can get about another 20K if you're a PC insider

Update: Spare codes are gone now!
