Check the PC Optimum 2020 thread, someone was banned due to suspicious activities

My ability to redeem points was greyed out at the self check out

I took advantage the offer 6 time via self checkout but it’s a PITA as the machine is slow, and the self checkout helper was looking at me all the time as I bought a lot of diapers. I had to explain I needed separate receipts

I was able to redeem 20K and earn 5K points in single transaction last week.. So it should work now as well. In fact, I was there yesterday and I saw the redeem option but didn't redeem..

The cashier must be getting used to the multiple use of the coupon, he asked if it’s separate transaction when I piled things onto the belt

I didn't know it works even below $20. I calculated my items to be just over $20, went to check out, turned out I grabbed the wrong moon cake box (no yolks), so it's $1 cheaper :(. So I asked cashier to wait for me, ran back in an grabbed a bell pepper, Didn't realize the damn thing is on sale, only $0.50, so about $0.40 short, I told cashier I needed to pick up one more, so he just charged me the same price for the existing one and told me to pick it up after I paid. I guess it would have worked even if I didn't pick up the 2 bell peppers :(. Anyhow, I only did it 3 times (on 2 accounts). I could go back and do 3 more times, but RCSS is quite fare for me (20 minutes drive) and I also ran out of things to buy

Hoping people abusing this won't ruin it for the rest of us in the future.

Picturing RFDers standing at the self checkouts hunched over their meticulously calculated $20 piles about to finish up and head to build a new pile at SDM worth exactly $50.

Was told via staff at RCSS that all transactions were to be audited and any user with more than one coupon use per account would have it clawed back

Not sure I'm buying that...hope it doesn't happen.

there's an offer on the flyer for spend $100.00 and get 20000 points. I did self checkout, I spent enough, but didn't see the 20000 points show up on the machine. I used coupons which made me go under $100.00, so of course the employee said that's the reason why I didn't get it, but I know coupons are treated as cash. I didn't end up paying for it, and cancelled the transaction.
anybody else got the 20k on self check out?
