[Real Canadian Superstore] Haagen Dazs bars less than $3 each box

For the next week, the co-op flyer shows Haagen Dazs bars (3/4 s) for $3.99 each, while Superstore gives 5000 points for 3.
Also, Save-on-foods also has $3.99/ box, if your city does not have co-op.
So, if one price matches at Superstore, it should be $3.99 x 3 plus tax - 5, somewhere around $8.5 for 3 boxes of bars. To me, it's not a bad deal.

I am in Winnipeg, not sure about other places.

title should be less than $3 per box, not less than 3 per box
I thought you were going to complain, new boxes now come with less than 3 bars per box...

good deal though

It's 3 regular size or 4 mini's in a box

Thanks for the clarification.

OP, you should change the title. It's quite misleading

Because it's $3.99 at co-op. and you need to price match at RCSS to stack the PC Optimum points promo for the <3 price in OP.

I guess this doesn't work in Ontario since we don't have co-op supermarkets?

I am in the west, not sure about the east.

The last time I tried a deal like this, Superstore had put their price as the competitor's price with a "limit 1" at the competitor's price. I tried to price match additional boxes to get the PC points for buying 3 or 4 boxes (whatever it was), and I was told that Superstore had "already matched" the competitor's price and they would not match additional units.

Might be worth a try though as some employees may just price match anyways without looking too closely

Thanks for posting!

One thing to note is that the tubs of Haagen Daz ice cream are being reduced by 50 ml. My wife and I noticed this recently when picking up some of the strawberry flavor.

People would notice the jump in price rather than the reduce in quantity. It’s just smart logical business.

You’re not missing much. They are the highest priced stores along with Sobeys/Safeway
