[Real Canadian Superstore] Pumpkins - 97¢ (Great Toronto Area)

Went on a little bit of a pumpkin hunt tonight and to my surprise, Real Canadian Superstore has all their pumpkins for 99¢

Lots of different sizes, this even included white ones.

Best price around IMO

I'm in Toronto

Runs until Wednesday Oct. 23

The Toronto Area is Great, but don't let everyone know. They'll all come from far and wide and it'll be hard to get the free government funded massages and lattes we all enjoy daily. Free internet for all, pay per view boxing courtesy of the municipalities, and lets not get into the Gubment cheese. We ain't talking cheddar and mozzarella. In the Great Toronto Area its Camembert and Roquefort piped into your home. So please, hush up. Lets keep the Toronto Area Great.

People complain when we don't mention the location, so I thought I'd mention something.

I suspect this is something that can be found all over Ontario.

Can't believe how much time I spent yesterday afternoon picking through the boxes just to find a decent looking pumpkin for my kids jack-o'-lantern. Most were deformed/lopsided and/or had no stems. I PM'd Walmart at my nearby No Frills (Junction). It guess it was a good workout for me though, taking out a bunch of pumpkins and placing them on the ground and lifting them all to put back in the boxes. I'm sure the people watching me in the parking lot were thinking, "man, that's dedication...all that trouble just to find that one
(almost) perfect pumpkin.

We drove to Walmart and No Frills near Keele and Sheppard last night and couldn’t find any pumpkins. Ended up at RCSS on Weston and 401 and found excess inventory. Pumpkins were priced at 2.50 but we were able to price Walmart at .97!
