I think the 50" Westinghouse might be a decent buy at $250. It's not the lowest, apparently $230 for Black Friday. If someone has picked this up in the past from Superstore, can they tell us the model number?

EDIT: Did some digging and it is apparently WE50UL3019. Allegedly a in house product for Superstore exclusive.

I'm on the hunt for a tv from superstore cuz I got the pc points and the no tax would be a great time. Anything worth buying? It would be my livingroom tv and I don't need any special. Looking for 55 inch to 60 inch.

"Boooohooo TV not smart..."

Like literally the only thing I require from a TV is to have HDMI port so I can plug in my Apple TV.

I'd say you'd be better off getting the 55" Hitachi or Hisense from Visions for $399, yes you pay the tax, but better brand than RCA and 2yr warranty.

I still have my 51 inch plasma from then. Amazing picture hard to beat and also warms our bedroom lol. Gives off heat like a mofo from the screen.

If you want to talk about expensive and weighing a ton, I believe my Panasonic CT34WX53 at 200lb+ and $3000 in 2003 dollars takes the cake there! It was one of the very first HDTVs available, still have it collecting dust in my garage. :(

I recall that it was pretty damned heavy, you'd have to ask my ex-wife, she got it in the divorce !

Bring back plasmas!

Wish I could get one that size for my kitchen. I can't go bigger than 50 on that available wall but can't find a decent priced quality TV that size lately. This RCA looks like junk and is too big but thanks to OP for the effort.

Could you let me know what the DEPTH of the unit is? I'm looking to mount on a wall which sees lots of foot traffic.

Don't want to buy a TV that protrudes too much.
