[Real Canadian Superstore] Sharp Aquos - 60'' 4K USD Smart TV - $699

Hey all - not sure if this is a great deal or a good TV, but for a 60 inch at $699, seems pretty good?
Model number - LC-60P62U

I can't find a local comparable with reviews or pricing, but maybe this is it?

You know hdmi 2.0 can't do 4k 120hz?

Let me give you a good explanation so you don't have to go to every tv thread and ask for 4k 120hz. It is not commercially available yet. Maybe with those fake 120hz, and if you want to buy those, then you don't really care anyway.
All TV's now only offer HDMI 2.0, which is not capable of doing anything over 4k 60hz.
Hdmi 2.1 has just come out, no chance your friend has a tv with an hdmi 2.1, and no chance your friend has a tv with displayport either. So no chance it is a 4k 120hz.

Maybe you should "google it" before telling people to

Got this TV couple weeks ago during no tax event, with 68000 bonus PC points (personalized offer from the PC Plus app).
We are pretty happy with it. Picture quality is great, WebOS is snappy.

How much did you pay with the no tax? and were you shopping around for TVs? If so, what were you also considering?

I'm trying to figure out if this is a good buy at $699, or are the other options / deals out there that are better options.

Yes, They make this in a 50" SHARP (rcss), a 55" Hisense (costco), and a 60" Sharp (rcss). I have the 55", picture is great. Black levels are great, and very uniform.
