In Vancouver, RCSS has the same 20 Kg bags for $13.99 - the same price as the Robin Hood 10 Kg bag. Does anyone know if the quality is the same?

If you're in Scarborough, go to the Costco business center. They'll have unbleached, among other varieties for $13-14

I was reading up on flour - you know you've got time on your hands when you read up on flour - and it seems that Canadian AP flour is about as hard (protein content) as US bread flour so if you are doing a US based receipe and it calls for bread flour, Canadian AP flour should do just fine.

If you have a bulk barn in your area, check their website. You can order online and do curb side pickup. They had everything we were looking for that we couldn't find a Walmart / Costco / Zerhs.

If you want stone ground whole wheat Iqbal foods in thorncliffe has 20kg bag of ADM brand for 16.99. it's coarse enough for you to see that the bran is actually in there unlike many other flours

Fabric and elastics to make masks have already been in short supply.

Once the heat kicks there will be a shortage of fans since people home without a/c will have issues coping with the heat. Fans are already hard to find in a normal year if you’re late to the game. They will go even quicker this year.
