Real Estate Agent Fees

I shopped around and ran searches on here. Seems like Redpin has the best deal. Buy through them and then you can sell with them free.

Has anyone else found anything better? For example anyone that will rebate you some of the buyer's commission and list for free?

Hey, we spoke last year when you were looking. Did you end up buying in Leaside?

As for rates, this is something that has been discussed many MANY times on here.

Reading through the numerous threads and I guess Red Pin is the best rate!
