I am primarily an equity investor and I know there's a variety of methods / strategies - i.e BRRR, land development, rent to own, condos, multifamily, etc. I think of it as being analogous to growth, tech, dividend, value, momentum flavours of equity investing).

If I want to learn more about the different types of RE investing, can anyone point me to different resources?

I've heard of the Bigger Pockets podcast but I don't know how much applies to Canada (as they are US based).

Anything and everything real estate investment/ideas. Warning, the production quality of this podcast is atrocious as is the host. However he is able to get interesting guests so it's the price you have to pay listing to this guy. Filter his stuff carefully, diamonds in the rough, lots of garbage.
