Curious to know if they make fake bikes. I’ve seen this online and wondering if it’s real. Model shows R-138 which I can’t seem to find anywhere….

I don't think anyone would want to fake a Raleigh mountain bike. They aren't exactly high end.
These are known for making department store bikes. In the bicycle market, these Raleigh type bicycles are the cheapest possible bikes you can get.
They are good for the occasional rider. If you ride a lot or commute, it is worth it to pay more for other known brands.
It might just be that they come up with dozens of bikes that are more or less the same every year.

So I ended up buying it and opened the box. It was all Chinese and very cheap when built. So I’m assuming people are designing and selling fake branded bikes since covid sold out the entire market.

I ended up donating it to a stag prize.

The circle of life is complete. The guy who ended up getting it is probably thinking to himself, what a piece of crap this bike is? Must be a Chinese knockoff. I'll just wait until it's the birthday of the guy who gave it to me to return it to them Face With Tears Of Joy.
Help an animal charity or sanctuary out today. Become a volunteer, advocate, foster a pet, or donate. They need you as much as you need them!
