Recommend me a low end video card capable of 4k

I plan on getting one or two 4k monitors. My old card doesn't seem to support it. I have an old 5570. I don't really game, although it would be nice to have the option for light gaming. Was thinking to use the points from NCIX. Any recommendations?

GTX 1050 or RX 460--whichever one you get cheaper I guess. Both have HDMI 2.0 and HEVC features, and should support 4K display resolution over DP, HDMI 2.0, DVI DL. Note that neither of these will actually game at 4K (for that you need a $800 card, lol). However people say upscaling 1080p to 4K works fairly well since it's an even multiple, and the GTX 1050 should be able to do light 1080p gaming--less demanding games, older titles, and at reduced settings/30FPS with newer games.

THanks for the info. Seems these cards are exactly what I'm looking for.
