Recommendations for New lawn/ SOD installation in Whitby

Hi folks,
My backyard lawn was very beautiful until last 2 years, I was not paying much attention to it in the last 2 years and it is a mess now, full of weed. I don't think I will be able to bring it back. Any recommendations.

I'm looking to install new SOD. Any recommendations of any company or person who do a good job in Durham region (Whitby).

Check with HardCo in Whitby and OGS in Oshawa. The thing is, it is not simply dropping down topsoil and then the sod. The old turf needs to be removed and that will increase the cost. Maybe someone else in the know can chime in.
