I didn't even think about that. I was just going to return it. Do you know if they send the same one?

Tighten it a bit - replace the rubber washers if need be. People are so quick to throw things away. The hose will last years and years.

It's leaking from the hose not from the ends. The hose lasted like 3 months.

Well then replace the hose I guess, and quit buying plumbing supplies from the same place you buy bulk mayonnaise.

Do not buy any plumbing fixtures from Home Depot, Costco, Lowes etc. Go to your local plumbing supply (I like Dupont Plumbing personally but have also bought from Penmar and Noble) and get the fixtures and fittings there. Better prices, better quality and better service.

Waterpik is good for teeth (maybe) not showers.

email them at: service@waterpik.com
Describe the issue, send a picture of the broken hose and your address. They will send the same hose, or a part that is compatible with your model.

Bought one from CanadianTire but one end is cracking already which is plastic - quite disappointed.

Any recommendation on one that has metal end instead of plastic? Forgot to add the head is fine - it’s the connecting end between the hose and the shower head that’s cracking

Thanks

I've been buying the Costco Waterpik but the hose always leak after a couple of months. Not sure if it's just me but does anyone have any experience with it? The showerhead itself works fine.

I have the Costco waterpik as well. So far 2 years and no issues. Kids are the ones using it as well.
