Reebok refund takes months

Reebok refund takes months

I put an order on April 11th and I returned everything on 13th then I had confirmation that they received the goods and I should wait 14 days to get the refund.

Three months later and 4-5 calls asking me to wait one more week every time, I still did not received my money back. I called the Capital One and I opened a ticket to find out that they closed it because Reebok said they never received the goods.

Is there anyone else who got the same issue as me or I am just unlucky?

Just contact capital one and give them proof (the confirmation) they received the return.

I had an issue with an adidas.ca return that was not credited back to my credit card. If I did not check my cc statements closely,I would never have been credited. I had to call customer service to get it done. WTF kind of operation r they running? Anyways, adidas and reebok r owned by the same company, so I am not surprised that this happened to OP.

I contacted them in June and I had a refund. However, yesterday I was unpleasantly surprised to see in my Capital one account that I was charged back. When I called them, they said that Reebok claimed I did not sent back the items although I sent to Capital one proof with tracking number that the packages was sent back and received.

Every single time I called Reebok, I talked only to bored people working from home. I barely understood what they were talking about. Every single time, they asked me to wait one more week that the refund is approved. It has been three months since and I did not received my money back.
