Refund to AC gift card (don’t have # or PIN)

Refund to AC gift card (don’t have # or PIN)

I got my AC refund for a flight from last summer. Unfortunately $100 of the cost was on an AC gift card. They’ve duly refunded that portion to the gift card. I no long have the card and don’t know the number or the PIN. All I have is the last four digits from the refund email. Any clue if there’s a workaround?

I think you are going to have to call them. They will probably issue a new gift card.

yeah you better call them to first check if the refund did happen. They can know the gift card # that was used even you are unable to provide it. However, i am not sure if they are willing to mail a new card to you if the refund was already issued.
