Reliable, Clean and Reasonably Priced Self Storage

I am looking for a reliable, clean and reasonably priced self storage in around 401 (Keele to Kennedy) area. Any suggestions? I plan to use this for the next year or longer.

If it's reliable and clean it won't be reasonably priced. If reasonably priced it won't be reliable and clean. Pick one, not three.

What do you consider a reasonable price. Most of the bigger complexes are clean and conveniently accessible.

I expect to pay around $150 to $200 per month for a locker size of 10' x 10' (with climate control). Of course, if I can find one with a lower monthly rent, it would be great.

Don't fall into the trap of storage units. They're as bad as cheque cashing services. If you need a storage unit, you have too much crap. You're going to spend $1000-$2000 a year to store $3000 worth of stuff. Toss it out or sell it.

Climate controlled is $165+HST a month out here in the sticks for 10x10. You are likely low.

Yupp. There are standard rates basically in the GTA. Some maybe be a bit cheaper but it won't be the nice shiny new place that looks like a mall.
