Why don't you ask them for references?

I'd be wary of a contractor that's been in business since 2003 with no reviews or references - did they change company name, and if so why?

Could be the Houzz page hasn't been up long, reviews on that site would only be from clients who found Remode through Houzz. Contractors should add clients reviews themselves when possible but often overlooked.

OP, ask to visit Remode's current job site....especially if its near completion. That is the best way to get a true independent review and to see workmanship for yourself.
