That’s a good question. I’ll check tonymac and see if anyone else has done it.

UPDATE: looks like it’s possible. Here’s a link to a successful install for EliteDesk 800 and ProDesk 600 with i5-6xxx series CPU. I haven’t tried myself so I can’t actually confirm this for you, sorry.

No problem! It accepts 32GB (2x16GB). Currently there are 2 x 4GB DDR4-2133 modules installed. I've found that to be sufficient for my use but you could certainly upgrade. If you have any more questions, I'll try my best to answer.

Well my main usage would be as a portable recording studio. Mainly doing audio work but I'm too cheap to buy a Mac Mini from 2010 for $300+ =_=

I think 16GB would be more than sufficient. Even 8GB might be good enough tbh.
