Removing Bottom guide for sliding door closet track

HELP
I have Stanley sliding door closet system at this condo I recently moved in and noticed same side roller was off the track and bottom guide was broken (maybe this is why the roller is keep removing from the track?) so basically the door is hanging on track with only one set of roller & bottom guide on one side. I been trying to remove the door off to fix the issue but this damn bottom guide won't come out from the track! I did everything I can think of to remove them (except breaking it because it's the only part that works well and to avoid potential headache to find the replacement and installation). I feel like there got to be an easy way to remove it but I just can't figure it out so I'm calling help to those handy men & ladies out there to save my sanity. Please help See-no-evil MonkeyLoudly Crying Face

.. also please ignore all the dust. I'm planning to clean them once I remove the door lol

I've had a similar situation. I unscrewed the track from the floor and tilted the bottom of the door for the track to clear the walls then slid the track off that bracket.

It should just pop out, but if it's that stuck pry the track open a bit with a prybar or large flat screwdriver

The black plastic needs to be able to move UP to unsnap from the track. Based on your picture, it cant do that as the broken roller isn’t allowing it to move. You need a friend to lift the door so you can pull the plastic up.

The plastic part is just snapped into the track. You'll have to use a little force to pop it up. Don't worry, it won't break. I just redid my floors and have to remove and reinstall the sliding doors. You'll need a screwdriver and something to use as leverage to force it up. When you reinstall it, you'll have to use a screwdriver and a mallet or something to knock it back into the track.
