Maybe its quebec only?
I tried 3 differents location in qc and the price shown is 30$

If i choose Ontario there is no price

OOS for me, but I just hit “Christmas clearance” and I found a $30 tree, illuminated, that was in stock at my local store. Do a bit of digging next time. Took me literally 2 clicks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
