Replacing hinge on cabinet

need a bit of help. bought a replacement hinge cause the other one is broken it appears.

I am thinking a small allen wrench is required to take off the old thing on the right. the new one I already screwed into the door itself. I tried an allen wrench doesn't seem to come off.

my replacement is a blum mogul

Are the screws on the old piece stripped at all? If you have a screwdriver with a head or a bit that fits the screw, try using that while applying some pressure when unscrewing it to help them come out..

Looks like you need a phillips or could be a combo screw where a robertson will work as well.

its going to be a robertson screw driver.
