Reporting Rent Payments

Looking for some advice,
I will be having a vacancy at one of my units soon. I would like to start reporting rental payments as a way to hold new prospective tenants accountable. I found this company (www.landlordcreditbureau.ca) who will report rent payments, good and bad to Equifax. Seems like a good service and both the tenant and landlord can benefit from reporting.

Just wondering if this type to thing is legal to implement in Ontario as I know rules differ province by province.

Also if you've used this service I'd love you hear about your experience with it.

I am not familiar with the service but to avoid any potential privacy issues I would first check with the LTB if it is ok and also get consent from the tenant.
