Residential Internet Access - Oakville

Hi, just wondering if anyone recently has switched over from the big 2 to an alternate ISP?
Am looking for cable or dsl/vdsl in the Oakville area -

I have been recommended 2 companies so far - Start.ca and worldline.ca - hesitant on worldline since the feedback I have read is not all the greatest. But then again, no company is perfect.

Is teksavvy still worth a shot?
