Resources for new house development?

buzzbuzzhome.ca and condonow.com are pretty decent. The latter has some freehold projects as well but focuses on condos. The two sites do a good job in summarizing the projects but not always updated with the latest inventory/price figures. Only way to do that is by calling the builder directly.

• Is there a website that have a listing of upcoming development, sales office / show homes info?
• Is there a resource to gather information on how reputable the builders are?
