Toronto - Duke of Somerset on Bay is gone now. This one stings for me. I formed a bar trivia team years ago and we'd play Pubstumpers there every Tuesday. Staff were always amazing for us.

Brazil Bakery in the plaza next by the Rona/Nations Fresh Foods on Eglinton/Winston Churchill is no more. Their Mavis and downtown Toronto locations are apparently still open.
