Which retailer in Canada will go bankrupt next?

Who has bad customer service?
Poor quality?
High prices?
No inventory?
No traffic in the stores?
Who will not be around for the next Holiday season? Your guess?

Poll rules state that they may have up to 10 options.
Be nice, it's my first time at creating a poll. :)

Thanks for participating.

EDIT April 23, 2020: With the current pandemic, maybe this is not a good time to speculate on who will croak next and this thread should be locked.

Definitely voting Lowe's... since they might be following the Target/Sam's Club/Big Lots pattern: try to expand into Canada, fail miserably, cut their losses and leave.

Friendly reminder #1: The Golden Arches fast food chain is McDonald's, not MacDonald's. Thank you for your attention.
Friendly reminder #2: Price matching is NOT the law. Never was, never will be. Nobody can stop you from shopping elsewhere.

The Source is still a thing?
I thought they already bit the dust.

They’re a major retail arm of Bell so with that kind of backing I don’t think they’re going anywhere soon.

I vote for Le Chateau.

The Source by Circuit City bit the dust

Acquired by Bell Canada. They still have over 500 stores

Winners? Umm, they've been posting profits forever, opening new stores on a fairly regular basis and are overseen by a huge international business.

No, Winners does not belong on your list lol

I don't understand how Winners (HomeSense, Marshall's) even belongs in this poll. The parent company is strong, the Canadian operation appears viable, and they've been here for years already; there isn't an entrenched incumbent.
What strong Canadian chain competes head-to-head with them?

Any of the others, you could make a case for closure over the next 5 years.

Canada Computers, The Brick, Léon's and Winners don't belong on the list.

Le Château for sure.

Just look at Forever 21, a much bigger chain going bankrupt. Le Château would easily have the same fate. After all these years they still haven’t evolved.
