Considering you could get a 946 mL bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol for $3.67 at Walmart, it's fair to say it's price gouging.

It's not rubbing alcohol (that's isopropanol). At least not according to the OP who says it's ethanol. (Note: The picture by someone else is indeed isopropanol.)

It's still damn expensive and it's probably denatured, so not a good idea for drinking/moonshine folks!

If it's not denatured, that would explain why it's so expensive--would have liquor tax assigned and you'd also need to be 19+ (Ontario) to buy it lol.

Its so hard to even find that these days. I've been on the look out for sanitizers or alcohol for family and it's next to impossible.

Costco restocked 99% alcohol. I went last week in the evening and saw plenty.

Bought one yesterday. Thick compared to Purell but no complaints here. Finally have some at least.
