Was your card use or earn rate interrupted/reduced at any time during the process?
I would like to upgrade from the regular card to the new World Elite card, but I don't want any downtime or interruption to my 2% earn rate. Is that possible?
I didn't call in. It was an automatic transition as per the email they sent me a while back.

Call Rogers and ask them to adjust it. I just called Rogers because I noticed the same thing, but they are saying bonus redemption is only available for Rogers bills paid after April 9, which isn't stated anywhere. CSR spoke to the supervisor and will be adding 50% of the cashback amount into the bonus amount and should be reflected on the account in 1-4 days.
I have been able to successfully link my Rogers wireless account (RPP phone line, tablet data line, Apple Watch line) to the Rogers WE credit card and now I can see the the 5-day Roam Like Home Rewards and the 1.5x Rogers Redemption Bonus Amount in the app.
However, like for iamdman, my app is also still showing only 1.5% cash back on eligible non-US-Dollar purchases. Any idea why? Is my wireless account not eligible?
My 5-day RLH bonus period is April 2024 to June 2024, so only for three months. This is likely because my original Rogers Platinum MC account was opened in June 2017. Better make travel arrangement quickly.

Shouldn't I see 2% instead of 1.5% here? I have a Rogers internet account for many years and have owned Rogers WE card for many years. My Rogers account is paid automatically with my WE card.

My Fido account was linked automatically. After I signed into the app this morning, I initially got a popup to link my account. But then I got an email confirming the 2% cashback on Non-US and 3% on US purchases (check your spam folder as that's where mine went).

Previously the new customer promo is 10% (max $1000 purchase) for MC and $25 for WE MC. But now their website doesn't show any for the new Red WE MC, is it gone?
I just called. The rep had no idea what to do, but after putting me on hold she came back and said that since I pay my Fido bill with my Rogers WE, it should link up automatically. I wonder if that is true, because I also pay for my son's cell phone with Fido and it is under his name. Do they match the name & address or do they simply assume that if your Rogers card pays for a Fido line you are good for 2%? In any event, she said to wait and it should automatically appear. I have doubts, as others with Fido already seem to be linked...
I signed up for the card a couple weeks ago and got it end of last week. Today I got a prompt in app to link my account, clicked a link and signed into my Rogers account. It said my account is now linked, but still shows I am earning 1.5%. Wonder if it will click tomorrow? Maybe because there are pending transactions at the old rate.

Linking in the app is only for the free RLH days. The 3% earn link happens backend automatically.
Does roam like home apply to all cell phone numbers under my account? I just linked my MC to Rogers mobility and it shows both the cell numbers under my account number. So do I get 5 days on each?
NVM: looks like all numbers have access to the roaming but the 5 days is shared, first come first serve

I linked through the app today but still showing 1.5% instead of 2%. I called and was told to wait 1-2 business day. The card if used now will only receive 1.5% cashback.

some ppl it is automatic for 3% but some are finding they have to call in to link to Rogers account.
They link via name, email, phone number, address. So if one had different entries (including even just typos) it is possible the auto-link would not work.
I just product switched back to WE today, and the disclaimer call now addresses it, saying they will share those fields with Rogers/Fido etc to make the link, and that people can opt out of the sharing and have it linked manually or something like that.
