Rogers Bank login

I signed up for the Rogers red elite mastercard.

Im trying to log into Rogers Bank on their website but it doesnt work... page just never loads then says "site cant be reached".

I'm already regretting this decision.

how do you use this card if you cant log into anything and dont know what your balance is.

Seems to be working fine for me, maybe a network issue. Do you have a VPN active? Tried both on mobile and PC?

I have issues when accessing using a browser with a VPN active. No problem using the iOS app (with VPN also active), however.

If you have a cookie manager program (I use one that's an extension to Firefox), use it to delete all cookies related to that site. I find this sometimes fixes web site access issues.
Basil: Well, may I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically -?

This... is the problem you're facing, OP.
I had the exact same issue for months and couldn't figure it out. The site didn't load on 1 of my computers, but worked on another computer and on my phone on the same network. Finally decided to do a deep-dive into solving the problem today.

The solution requires a bit of technical knowledge. On the computer you're having issues with, assuming Windows:
* Go to Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Centre -> Change adapter settings
* Select the wifi/ethernet adapter that the computer is using to connect to the internet
* Right-click and select Properties
* Click the option that says TCP/IP4 and click Properties
* Click "Use the following DNS server" and change it to Google's DNS temporarily. Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8 Alternative DNS: 8.8.4.4
* Press OK to close the window. Press Close on the Networking window to accept the changes
* From your Start menu, run CMD (Command Prompt) as an Administrator
* Flush the DNS cache by typing the command: ipconfig /flushdns
* Try the Rogersbank site, and hopefully you're able to access the login page that didn't load before

I don't know why the automatic DNS option doesn't work for the site. But maybe someone who knows more about how DNS works can shed some light

I have noticed DNS issues last week. The website could not be found.

After a while it worked again.
