I chatted with a rep because I still couldn't see it on my account. She just added it tonight. Awesome plan.

Wow. Nicely done. You did this through regular chat? Or via phone? (Interesting it is 12GB bonus vs 10?)

Have 2 lines with Rogers. I’m fine with my current plan but want to get this deal and the device credit to get a new phone for my wife. Do I have to port that 2nd line out to Telus/Shaw in order to get this offer?

Can confirm this deal is live. Called Winback myself.

$45 with 20% off.
$300 device credit.
Activation fee waived. All of these typically apply after 2-3 months.

You just have to be careful what phone you choose because of Upfront Edge vs Financing.

Can you expand on the difference on Edge vs financing? and how it plays in to getting the deal. BTW - do you get US/Intl outgoing text free?

Didn't ask for LD. I don't use it. Not sure if you read anyone else here get it?
Edge you have to return the phone after 2 years. Financing ==> traditional way.

Any advice on how current Rogers customers should approach this? In BC, so Rogers hasn't really been the best. Fraser Valley Wireless wouldn't do 20gb for $50 since I was existing. I feel like I will just end up going Telus for 20gb for $50 BYOD. When I called Rogers a while back, best they could do was $65 for 8gb BYOD as terms of loyalty.

Did you port your line to Freedom/Shaw or another carrier?

I'm in Ontario.... I was just offered the $45/25GB (not unlimited) and the $300 device credit. I was on the $50/15GB plan. I ported to Telus for the $50/20 GB unlimited.

Anyone know if you are eligible for Winback if you were a secondary user on the account? I was on a share everything plan with the wife and I ported out last week. She is the account holder.

Any data points of customers in BC able to get $45/25gb via winback with porting out to anyone other than Shaw/Freedom? Am thinking about porting to Telus $50/20, and am hoping to get a callback + $300 device credit.

Am seeing a few reports that ON customers are getting this WinBack no matter who they're porting out to.
