Pretty much agreed. You must have been on a bundle promo that just ended. I don't know how throughly you go through your bill, but they usual indicate in there when your promo is ending (or when it runs up too). Call Rogers and have them put you on a new promotion.
They will probably tell you that the same package on Ignite will save you money though. Check what they're actually giving you and compare the final costs, including that you would have to replace any TV terminal or PVR.
Also, on Ignite, your TV will now be bound to your Rogers internet connection. You may have problems If you do not have a stable internet connection or you have internet related issues.
