Already got 5GB and 3GB on top so paying $65 for 18GB

I'm on a corporate plan. I chatted a rep back in December when they had the bonus 5 GB and it was given to me for 24 months. Now in June, they've abruptly taken it away. No text for the bonus 5 GB either so I'm at a -5GB

I had already reported earlier that I did not get the offer but I have since got it.
I am in Ottawa but use a gatineau, qc number as they give me the quebec prices if I do.
I have EPP (quebec based plan) and was already getting a great double data promo from 2 years ago.
12GB (6GB x 2) + 5GB = 17GB for $55.76 + tx (Canada and US roaming unlimited voice, data & txt included)
Hardly using 1gb a month now but will likely never give this plan up!

Is it just a text from Rogers that people are getting this random offer?

As far as I'm concerned, Rogers is a bunch of idiots. I tried multiple times to call and see if they could offer me some extra data because I'm using more due to a family member being in hospital and the wifi being very poor at that hospital. They have the nerve to come back and offer me an EPP plan that is twice as much as I'm paying now but the plan has 2GB more than my current plan. I said do you realize how insulting your offer is to me? She comes back and says "but the data is unlimited". Wow, she must think I fell off a turnip truck. Then I ask "do you think it's fair that so many others get an extra 5 GB on many different plans and you can't do a thing for me?". Their response was avoiding answering the question or a flat out "yes it is fair". I proceeded to disconnect the calls as they didn't even offer me any in market plans that were online.
