Rogers Home Phone - How to BLOCK Unwanted Phone #?

Im with Rogers Home Phone and am using their Home & Away Online Manager. Under Privacy i'm trying to add an Unwanted Caller number to the Block Unwanted Callers list. The number to be added is an International phone # (Format: 011-234-80-262-xxxxx). The online tool says the format is incorrect wanting the typical North America format of 1-area-phone. Is there a way to block calls coming in from international phone #s? Will *60 help for such a thing?
