It is a retention plan, you need call in and get transfer to retention department.
Seems like it is a very new plan, a lot of CSR doesn't know it. ASK THEM CHECK WITH MANAGER!
I got a confirmation email after I switch. Everything is expected.
Also you can ask them to make this change effects at next billing cycle to save some pro rated charges.
This plan comes with roam like home too. (PS: Rogers is giving all customers roam like home)
It may not as good as some plans recently, but it is still really good deal from rogers itself.
