Tried through live chat and FB messenger chat. Both gave me garbage of 85 for 1.5gb. As an existing bell customer I can get that for 75/month.

On chat yesterday same thing as above $119.99 and today $154.99....are they just pulling #'s out of a hat? They must be making some kind of commission on the excess amounts.

The best I was offered was $60/month for 1.5gbps with a $50 one time bill credit. Any advice in terms of how to get this deal?

I have 2.5Gb FTTH… My Nokia ONT connects to the only 2.5Gb port on the XB7 gateway, how can I get more than gigabit to my Mac Studio’s 10Gb Ethernet?

I was on a 12 month contract with Rogers paying $75/mo for 500Gbps Ignite internet plan. I switched about a year ago. The key for me was mentioning the cancellation when I was are about 6 weeks out from the end of the contract.

Got this for my parents, set a cancellation date through online chat, which matched the day their credits expire.
Two days after cancellation, Rogers called me. Offering 1.5gigabit for $44.99+tax (24 months). This is for a residential home, in Mississauga (where Bell does not offer Fibe).

Called rogers official number and they gave me the deal for 54.99 with ignite streaming and 6 months of Disney+
Live chat gave me worse offers so maybe try calling in.

This reddit thread suggests you could just connect the Mac directly to the ONT using that same Ethernet cable now connected to the XB7.
If you have multiple devices, you would need a router with a 2.5Gb or better WAN port.

Thanks OP! My current internet (Ignite 500) was expiring in 2 weeks. Used the chat to cancel it and was offered Ignite 1.5 for $49.99. I said nah, and wanted something for $40-45 range even if it's Ignite 500. They offered the Ignite 1.5 for $44.99, which I accepted.

Does anyone have a contact # for the winback team?
They offered me a deal and I said I'd think about it and asked if they could call me back in a few days. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no call back and regular customer service cant seem to apply the promo that was offered.
Super frustrating...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
