Rogers Ignite Internet - New Condo

Will be moving into my condo May 1st and was looking for a good internet deal.

I've been following the retention deals that users have been receiving from Rogers... Their Ignite 500U plan ranging from 30-50 dollars/month.
I was wondering if there are any deals for new customers available, or any reps that someone can refer me to?
