Rogers Internet Stick

What happened to these? Is Rogers just expected everyone to carry the larger Sierra Rocket Gateway?

I'm in need of Rogers Stick, internet at home crapped out, Rogers can't put in a new line till May, and grabbing a temp line from neighbours doesn't work.

Would my speeds be better using a Rocket Stick or Hub vs tethering through phone, also, are there any unlocked internet sticks around?
