I was able to get 500U for 24.99 a month with all fees for a new setup waived as a new customer. So it's not just for the winback crowd.
When I finally got a good rep he told me he could get these prices for me even if no other promo's applied:
Ignite 150u for $49.99
Ignite 500u for $64.99
Ignite Gigabit for $74.99
So some of you could probably do better than $35 for 150 if you got a good rep like the one I dealt with. If anyone wants his contact info, just PM me. He's gotten some good deals for some of my friends who wanted TV packages and not just internet like me. I could save you from dealing with some of the reps I dealt with who wouldn't give me anything.

Currently with teksavvy, paying ~$60 for 35/5. Will definitely be looking into this deal. How does changing ISPs usually go (would there be any prolonged internet downtime when switching from teksavvy to rogers) ?

No saving and is worth the annoyance of consistent need to call in and complain for something that shouldn't happen. Never again Rogers.

I got exactly the same deal for my place @Keswick just before the weekend. Installation scheduled for next week. I didn't not record the call, so hope they will keep their words.

Just tried on their live chat. The rep gave me $45/mo for 150u. Didn't bite, and asked for $35 and he told me it wasn't available in my condo. Also gave me a 500u for $70/mo, passed on it all.
