Probably not such a great deal, but as a new customer I got:

Internet 500 ignite, with the streaming and disney plus for 89.95 + tax, using live chat on their website.

Toronto, Yonge and Eglinton Condo.

I have placed my cancellation for Aug 31, but have not received an email confirmation or anything saying my cancellation date. Is there somewhere in my account when I sign into Rogers.com that shows my pending cancellation? No call from Winback yet.

It will show up on your account online. If it doesn't call in to customer service to confirm that the cancellation was put in place.

I am a new Rogers customer and I just signed up for 500u internet only service with their new ignite modem for $75 monthly for 12 months. How long should I wait before cancelling my service to get a winback?

Thanks

How did you get this offer? Over the phone (winback, chat, some other way..?)

Ignite 500U is set to expire next month, got a special offer on Rogers portal for $55 Ignite 500U + SmartStream, got in touch with their CSR and was offered $47.99+tax for 24 months for just Ignite 500U. Currently paying $37.99+tax until next month, has anyone been able to get Ignite 500U for around $40-$50 and longer term? It seems that it's inevitable that my internet cost is going to keep going up each year and I'd like to just be grandfathered into a plan instead of doing this dance every 12 months.

Hey, existing customer in Pickering (L1W) looking for a better plan if possible,
was paying 120 for Gigabit Internet, Popular TV and home phone, but promo is up and now its 200 a month. Called into CSR and they were not able to give us a better plan. Hopefully RFD can help!

Nothing is showing on my account for the cancellation, so I called Rogers to confirm and they game me a confirmation ID.
