Looking to switch from my Bell SMB plan. Currently have 150 / 150 for $68.87 taxes in but they lock you in on 3 year terms so trying to avoid another 3 year term.

Open to DMs if there are reps on here.

So my 2yr promo with Bell Fibe 1g package coming due. They only offered me $20 credit for upcoming year instead of the $60 initially done 2yrs ago. Rogers offered me better deal with 1g and flex 20 so looks like coming back to Rogers. I really wish there was just 1 set price and didnt have to go through this song and dance every couple years.

Currently in an old grandfathered Fibe 150 plan with bell. 110.95 - 62 = 48.95 +HST (ongoing credit, no expiry). Bought a new condo which has start.ca offering 1g down for $50/month. Wondering if its worth switching or if Bell/Rogers would have competitive offers for that building given the competition.

Also when I last was shopping for internet, RFD had lots of field reps - has this now changed?

So quick update. Not sure if this is the best deal but definitely a step in the right direction.

I was and still on
1) Ignite popular TV
2) 500U internet
3) home phone
4) two additional ignite TV boxes (3 in total, but 1 included in bundle)

$160.44 everything in. My prior deal was $132 which ended in January 2021.

Not sure if anyone posted this plan in the last 2000 posts, but I upgraded my $65 phone plan (formerly $60 before the price increase) with 10 GB to basically a new (same) plan that Rogers is offering as of 2 weeks ago. The only downfall is that the bonus 5 GB got removed, but I wasn't exceeding 10 GB anyway, so I didn't care. Details, as confirmed in a Rogers e-mail, below:

Monthly fees
Talk & Text w/10GB - Fin 24Mo $50.00
- effective February 16, 2021
• 10GB Data
• Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling
• Unlimited Canada-Wide Sent & Received Text, Picture & Video Messages
• Call & Name Display
• Voicemail
• 2500 Call Frwd Mins
• Conference Calling
• Call Waiting

As an update, called the ambassador line earlier today as I had previously set my cancellation date for February 19th and did not get a call back, they offered the below and I took it.

Ignite 500u internet
Ignite TV flex 20 plus

All in with taxes $96.04 per month. Puts me pretty close to what I was paying before so no complaints.

Similar to the deal I was offered. $179.xx all in. 1Gb Ignite, Premier TV + Cantonese Super Pack + Home Phone Basic + 2 4K NextBox rentals. Promo just ended this month, was paying $152.xx and $148.xx the year prior and the prior year before that. I think I will set a cancellation date and wait for a call from an ambassador.

Credits were expiring and couldn’t renew them so I put in a cancellation for end of billing period.

Couple of weeks later I spoke to Winback and accepted:
Ignite Flex 20 plus + 500 unltd for $160 less $75 credits=$85 + tax which is more/less what I was paying before.

Note I am in a Bell Fibe area.

Thanks to those who post here with their Rogers offers.

I was paying around 100$ which was increased to $110 after a chat with Rogers. I asked them to start the promo right after the previous one ended. However my bill came to around $180. I called Rogers and they said it's prorated or something and I should look out for it in the next bill. Does that seem right? Shouldn't it have just continued?
Uh, yeah, I'd like to speak to a Mr. Tabooger, first name Ollie.

Looking for a rep to assist with setting up in a new home. I had ignite 150u for 57.99$ and was advised they would not be able to keep my plan upon moving. Cancelled for March 1, wife is willing to set up new services in her name.

Looking for 150u at a decent price, postal code is N2E.

Your next bill will likely be $40. Weird way that Rogers billing works.

You made me curious. On Rogers Speed test I get 945 mbps / 32 mbps / 7 ms ping
Downloading Windows 8.1 from Microsoft (4GB) took 38 seconds on CODA 4582. Topped out at 100 MB/sec No complaints,
Tested just now.
