Anyone in KW get this? I talked to 3 CSR and each one offered a different offer, and each saying that's the best they can do. All offers more expensive then my current plan. What kind of system do they have ffs. It's like they pull these numbers out of their arse.
I'm in Kitchener and I got it last night via live chat. I didn't have the offer pop up but my $25 500 mbit deal was up March 20, so maybe that's why I eventually got them down to $30.

Thanks OP just signed up for this in Cambridge, Ontario.

https://s.amsu.ng/LRyCnxLn5HjN

29.99 + 10 modem rental.
You should be able to get a $10 credit for the modem rental. I got the $30 gigabit last night but didn't get the $10 modem rental charge.

it seems like if you have bell gig in your area then 29.99 and 24.99 deal is easy to get, otherwise, Rogers rep will decide what is best deal for you by looking at your current deal and what would make you wanna stay with them knowing how much is competition is offering in your area.
I am currently on 34.99 for a gig and tried to get on for 29 but this is what she said:

Thanks so much for waiting.  We no longer have the ignite service available for $29.99.  I do have it available for $54.99, plus taxes and your hub

Are you sure about that? Mine was $19 + 10 modem charge

Asked about this via live chat as I would go back to them if this was available (I currently only have mobile with them). Agent had no clue about the offer and did not seem too eager to try to get me back.

- Residential home
- Currently on the $24.99 500U Ignite plan and expires at the end of March
- Called in and told them about the Gigabit Ignite $29.99 plan and that I would like to accept the offer but have it renewed at the end of my current promo date
- Rep was more than helpful and sent me an email with my new contract confirming that my services will be changed to Gigabit Ignite at the end of my current term

Gooduck All and thank to for posting this deal! Greatly appreciate the fact that I don't have to call multiple times to try and get this deal.

No luck, talked to a manager and spent over a hour with them. They offered only for $73.
4 years with Rogers, might be time to change to Bell.

Oh well, good luck to those who can get this, myself I just canceled as they couldn't do anything other than offer me the same expensive package. I now pay $75 for 250u and $10 for home phone, way too much, they offered the great deal of $90 for 300u! Bah...

Nothing for me. Currently paying 75$ for 1 gig down, basic cable plan and home phone.

I'm just happy Bell is installing Fiber in my area as we speak haha. Will hopefully get something with them or Rogers will give me a better deal since they will start offering me fiber internet.

Bell told me they can cancel Rogers for me, does anyone know if they can actually do that?

You got a different offer. Yours was 19.99 + 10 modem charge, the guy you're replying to got 29.99 + 10 modem charge.

Screen Shot 2019-02-11 at 9.28.25 AM.pngYep, here's my bill update, no mention of modem rental costs.
It's included in the 29.99, but they break it down as 19.99 for service and 10 for modem. Just look at the pic that guy uploaded and the pic from the OP. Different break downs.

If you haven't already, you should check your account at some point and see if you're still on 500u. In the past, they always do an immediate switch even if they claim a future switch and at least one person posted about this offer saying they were immediately switched even though it was supposed to be done at the end of their current promo period.
