Is there a link on the flyer? Any detail about what the Smarter TV package includes (don't see it listed on the website - did you mean Starter?)? Are you an existing customer? Living in apartment/new condos? Region?

That's pretty hot. But I'd imagine it's restricted to certain postal codes. My infamous $99 VIP Cable, HBO, TMN and Gigabyte internet deal is expiring in a few months. I don't expect Rogers to offer it for another 2 years so I will need a good Rogers plan to switch to.

Deal is likely postal code specific. Anything about new customers only?

Deal could be warm depending on restrictions. For reference I just recently (last week) got the following as a new customer in downtown Toronto: Unlimited Gigabit + Premier TV (+ Home Phone) for $107/mo, no contract and savings guaranteed for 24 months. Shielded from $8 increase coming in March.

Yes, it's Starter TV, it's printed in the photo attached.

I think that's because the $8 increase has already been included. I signed up for the same thing for $99 a couple months ago.

Wish OP's deal had been available though, I really don't have a need for internet that fast. Survived on a 17mbps connection for years.

I'm in the GTA, in a relatively new subdivision - Rogers already has a presence here and I had Rogers at one point but switched to Bell. It was addressed to me, but sent as "Resident" so I'm assuming my neighbourhood got it.

You're correct, it's Starter TV, autocorrect got the better of me.

I've also uploaded pictures of the offer.

"STARTER" TV.........not a terrible deal, but still quite a bit more than I'm paying. $31 for eBox 75mb/unlimited, free home phone through freephoneline ($80 one time charge), Android boxes for TV watching.

I don't miss having TV service, too many commercials anyways, now I hardly see any.

That is an insane deal. I am paying basically the same for 75u/500gb, Select TV, and Nationwide home phone. Cant seem to get retention to offer me anything close to what you or other people are talking about (Seeing $99 for Premiere, Gigabyte, and local home phone), but it may be because Rogers took over my area from Shaw and there's a bunch of issues with the network (what boxes we can use etc).

Wow, I wish I can get this deal. Currently I have 150M internet around $72 tax in, I don't mind triple my bandwidth and get TV service

Solid deal. The one you got was a field sales offer.

This isn't a field sales offer...pretty cold deal.

No one in Rogers knows of this deal? Has anyone had any luck with a reference # or any link to Rogers?

Thanks!
