Free Galaxy Tab with 2 years of 3G coverage if you currently have a wireless plan over $85

I called Rogers today to get my phone removed from the blacklist and I was offered a promo for a free Galaxy Tab with 2 years of 3G coverage since my plan is over $85 (it could be 4G, I was shopping so it was difficult to hear what exactly was being said.)
